My Cars over the years.

The gallery below will show my previously and currently owned cars in order as far as my memory will remember.

All the early ones have been scanned in from old photos.

Some of these were owned at the same time as I think 5 at once was a record for me.

My first ever car in Wedgwood blue.
Now fitted with a 2 litre straight 6 from a Vitesse.
Vitesse 2 litre straight six with twin SU's which later donated its engine to the Herald. Non Vitesse flip front end fitted.
Bought this for £25 at Eastbourne Auctions on a Friday evening and drove a few hundred miles that very weekend - bargain.
This had a 1200cc engine.
Jacked up rear with 5.5J steels on the rear - was the fashion then.
Part view bought with slight rear end damage.
Damaged repaired and ready for selling.
Fitted with Triumph Spitfire 1300GT engine.
Basically a Triumph Herald with a fibreglass body fitted onto it.
I do not think this was an original Mexico.
Wide steels and small bubble arches - fun!!
The first of 6 Capris owned to date.
Only showing one CB aerial, another two AM Firetsicks were added at a latter stage.
CB radios, Interior furred out and fluffy dice!!!
My 2nd Capri in Metallic Black, alloys added.
Rear view showing large whaletail spoiler.
A bit modified at this stage with 3.1 V6, Cologne arches and 8" Alleycat rims.
Mk1 Cortina rear lights fitted.
Modified 3.1 litre Essex V6 motor.
My third Capri.
This was ideal to cart my engine about when building the 3.1 V6 from my Capri.
1980 Vauxhall Chevanne
From 3litre Capri to this. Must have been an economy drive!! Car had only done 10,000 miles with the first owner being a vicar.
I still have nightmares having owned one of these. Fitted a good sound system into it though.
Wish I still had this one.
318cu in, 5.2 litre of pure American V8.
Right hand drive, another car I should not have sold. Kept the engine and box though.
Bought this is 1987 (July) I teased my friend I had just picked up my new E reg car.
I still have this car and it looks a little different today with 2 large rear exhauts.
My 4th Capri.
This one had a 4 speed box.
2 door version.
Looking better after a makeover.
This had 6J Gold Minilights on it when I sold it - cannot find any photos of them.
My first automatic car.
I can still remember picking up my wife and newly born daughter in this car.
My fifth Capri.
5 speed box.
Engine so clean you could eat your dinner off it.
This one had LPG.

1985 Renault 5 TL
My first ever new car.
1989 Ford Orion 1.6LX
140bhp, this was a fast car. Pictured here at my brothers wedding.
The colour was called Pearescent Caribbean Blue.
My 6th Capri and this was mint.
One owner from new with only 19k miles on the clock.
Bought this for my wife to learn in.
You can just make this in the backgorund, could not find a photo of it on its own.
This was a nice confortable car.
Fitted a rear spoiler which was quiet popular on saloons because you could not see the rear of the car without one. A nice wave from my son too.
This was my second new car.
Boy was I nervous driving this out from the showroom.
This was one very tidy van.
1991/92 Ford Fiesta Van 1.1
5 speed manual box and LSD.
This was a fun car, yet another one I wish I still owned.
My second automatic car.
For a large car, this car was quick and handled well.

This was a nice car with only 1900 miles on the clock.
Fitted 9x18 rear and 8x18 front Image 3 piece split rims to this after a few years, handled really well.
Drove this a few miles home and parked it up.
This was used to dismantle and use as a donor vehicle to build a Type 7 kit car.

Love the number plate.
150bhp, 6 speed, 19" alloys and loads of extras.
A great towing vehicle.
5 speed box, lowered 2" all round, 1700 engine and 7" alloys - what more would you want!!
Vinyl roof too.
Very modified crossflow built breathing on twin 40 Dellortos - sounds so sweet.
